Strata wood
詳細說明

StrataWood material, is a press laminated wood in crosswise direction, based on high quality and selected beech veneers, stick together with a Electrical thermosetting synthetic resins under high pressure and temperature.
The most important characteristics of the StrataWood , are:
●Good Electrical properties
●Excellent absorption of transformer oil
●High mechanical strength
●Low and high temperature resistance
●Good resistance to the abrasion and wear
Due to the characteristics of the product , StrataWood is mainly use in the electrical oil transformers applications as high electrical insulation material as pressure beams, step blocks, pressure spare parts, top and bottom support coils, potential rings, pressure rings , spacers, etc. For his mechanical strength, Strata Wood can be also use for many applications as abrasion resistance material under stress.
Standard Range of Production
The StrataWood is produced in 3 different densities,
Type : PWL-0 : Low Density , 0.90 ~1.10 g/cm3
Type : PWL-1: Medium Density, 1.10 ~ 1.20 g/m3
Type : PWL-2: High Density , 1.20 ~1.30 g/cm3
The lamination is made on crosswise veneers , and the standard thickness of the veneer is 2 mm. Under specification we can produce from 1 mm , 1,2 mm and 1,5 mm thickness veneer too.
For non electrical application and according specific requirements , we can produce in a sheets on parallel veneer.
Thickness : 10 mm to 100 mm
Standard Sheet Sizes:
1000 x 2000mm
1000 x 1500mm
1500 x 1500mm,
1500 x 3000mm,
3000 x 3000mm
3000 x 4200mm
We can machine any kind of pieces produced with C.N.C equipments with sizes according sheets availability according costumers drawings.
